The Jihadist-friendly al-Maqreze Centre for Historical Studies has published an e-book about the CIA and American intelligence. It's an interesting glimpse into the Jihadist's perception of how American intelligence works and it's not that far off from how American intel is portrayed in really bad spy novels. It's an odd mixture of open-source CIA history and internet conspiracy theories with an al Qaeda slant.
According to the publication, the CIA is a monstrous organization with 250,000 employees and spies. In their dreams. The exact census is unpublished, but the number of CIA employees is believed to range between 16-18,000 with a little over the same number of contractors.
One of my favorite claims was:
The Moonies, accordingly, play a major role in the CIA domestic operations and secret foreign operations around the world and against developing countries in particular.
