The nominees encompass a wide range of products, including cheese, a Skee-Ball machine, clothing made from recycled water bottles, a car featured on Jay Leno’s Garage, and drinking glasses with propellers. The diverse selection highlights the state’s thriving manufacturing industry.

According to Nick Novak, WMC’s Vice President of Communications and Marketing, Wisconsin’s manufacturing industry owes its success to the hardworking and innovative employees in the state. In addition to showcasing the products, this contest also highlights the career opportunities and economic impact of the manufacturing sector as a whole.

Voting for the contest will commence on Friday, with the first round determining the Top 16. The subsequent rounds will follow a tournament-style bracket called “Manufacturing Madness,” and the ultimate winner will be revealed on October 19.
